I have close to 20 years of real estate experience…managing, selling, purchasing, acquiring and analyzing real property on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Federal Civilian Agencies, Department of Defense and Residential Property owners and buyers. My husband, Kevin and I have managed our own short-term rental properties in Wintergreen and full-term rentals within Virginia since 2014. I love hosting guests in our home and rental properties. I enjoy creating a space where people feel comfortable, relaxed and build wonderful memories to bring home with them. I am excited to bring my professional experience, knowledge and love for hosting to the Mountain.

Kevin is a Tactical Communicator for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a retired Lt. Colonel, US Air Force Reserve and VP/CIO of TOTM. He has taken on the role as Top of the Mountain's lead guest communications and relations officer. He enjoys his time on the mountain... whether he is skiing, golfing, hiking or just relaxing. Winter
