Hosting packages

Our goal is to provide a more personalized, hosting management service to a small number of short-term rental (STR) property owners within the Wintergreen Resort Community.  TOTM will assist homeowners by offering a choice of two packages to support the STR hosting of their property.  There were many services we hoped to find when we were looking for management on the mountain, but there were not many options. My husband, Kevin, and I started managing our rental on our own, developed processes and procedures and have been quite successful.  The packages we currently have to offer are as follows...

Complete listing development and launch of property 

Monthly purchase and restocking of all supplies and welcome items  

Commission % based on Rental Income includes the following:  Advertising of property, management of all guest bookings, management of all guest interactions and communications, cleaning and turnovers, staging and on call for emergency issues

Peak Package:
